Our 99/10.5 coil hinging is designed as a continuous, flexible hinge solution that integrates seamlessly with our dedicated fitting machines, making it particularly well suited to high-volume production environments. Allowing cases to open up to 90 degrees.

Supplied in coils, the hinging allows manufacturers to work from a single, uninterrupted length rather than handling individual pre-cut hinges. This significantly improves efficiency on the production line, as the coil can be fed directly through the fitting machine, cut to the required length, and fixed in place in one smooth operation. The result is a faster, more consistent assembly process with reduced labour time and minimal material waste.
